Delivery within the Hong Kong:

International Shipping:
• International standard shipping service costs $11.99 and is expected to be delivered in 12-14 business days.

Order Shipping and Tracking
Once your order is shipped from our distribution center, the system will automatically send an email with a tracking number to the email address registered in your account. Please ensure that your email address is accurate so that you can receive logistics information in a timely manner. You can also log in to your personal account at any time to view the latest logistics tracking status on the order details page.
Refused and Unclaimed Packages
If the order is returned to Theoarn due to the customer’s refusal or failure to claim the package in time, we will issue you a full refund after receiving the returned package, minus all related shipping costs. You will receive an email notification when the refund is processed.
Incorrect Address and Package Handling
If the package is returned due to the wrong address provided by the customer, we will refund you the product fee (minus shipping costs) or re-ship it to the correct address according to your needs (you need to pay the shipping costs).
If the package cannot be recovered due to the wrong address, we will not be able to issue you a refund.
If the package is sent to the wrong address due to our operational errors, we will take responsibility and re-ship or re-arrange your order as soon as possible.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Once the order is submitted, the size and color of the product cannot be changed. If you need to adjust it, please contact us in time and we will assist you to cancel the original order. You can re-order and select the correct product. Please note that once the order enters the shipping process, it cannot be guaranteed to be cancelled in time.
